Future Development in Area

Work has begun clearing trees for what will be a new golf and lake resort known as Craddock Oaks.

The resort is owned by the same folks that own and operate Mariners Landing.

The biggest effect the resort will have on Pine Ridge is the entrance from route 608.

The new entrance for Craddock Oaks will be up to VDOT standards and serve as the new entrance to

Pine Ridge Subdivision.

Abandoning the first +/- mile of Pine Ridge Road the resort street will connect near the 3rd cattle guard

almost to the large waterfront house on the left.

The property owners will have the option of joining Craddock Oaks if they wish.
